Dark Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake in Ramekins
This receipe for 4 is perfect for small families or those who count calories! There's no need to make the whole cake, this treat can be savoured in no time.
Ingredients
OREO BASE
- 60 gr Oreo Crumbs
- 20 gr Melted butter
DARK CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
- 250 gr Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 114 gr dark chocolate chips, melted
- 61 gr sugar
- 17 gr brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 67 gr eggs
- 12 gr egg yolk
- 57 ml heavy cream
- a dash vanilla extract
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
- 75 gr dark chocolate chips
- 113 ml heavy cream
- 19 gr unsalted butter
Instructions
OREO BASE

Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter, put it in lined ramekins and bake for 10 mins at 160deg C.
DARK CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

Mix cream cheese until smooth.

Add sugars, cocoa powder and mix.

Add heavy cream & eggs and mix.

Add vanilla essence & melted chocolate and mix well.

Pour into ramekins and bake for 1 hour at 160deg C in hot water bath (1/3 full).

Chill in the fridge for 6 hours.
CHOCOLATE GANACHE

Mix all ganache ingredients and pour over chilled cheesecake.

Set in the fridge for at least 12 hours and serve.
