This recipe yields 4 ramekins, easily fitted into an air fryer. You can always bake the brownies in an oven. For fudgy brownies, you may wish to under-bake it and reduce the baking time.

Airfryer Fudgy Brownies
Fuss-free fudgy brownies that you can bake in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 200 gr chopped dark chocolate / chocolate chips you can also use semi-sweet chocolate
- 100 gr butter
- 80 gr brown sugar
- 10 gr granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 225 gr all purpose flour
- a pinch of salt
- optional chopped walnuts / almonds

Prepare 4 ramekins and coat it with butter.

Combine chocolate and butter in a saucepan. Melt over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until fully melted. Remove from pan.

Whisk both sugars into the chocolate mixture. Wait until the mixture is slightly cold and add eggs, one at a time while whisking constantly until evenly combined.

Mix in vanilla, followed by salt and flour and stir until they're evenly incorporated.

Stir in the chopped walnuts and divide into 4 ramekins.

Bake the brownies in a preheated air fryer at 160 deg C for 30 minutes.
